Who are the teambuilding consultants?

A former design engineer with British Aerospace, with UK experience as a teacher trainer in the problem-solving aspects of design and communication.  He holds a Mountain Leadership Certificate and taught Design and Technology at Malawi's two International schools for fourteen years.

He has led many mountaineering expeditions to remote regions in Africa and was for many years a senior member of Malawi's mountain club rescue team.  He is deeply committed to conserving the countries natural heritage, and sits on the forest board of Malawi, as well as the Wildlife Management Group of Malawi.      

Has been running Mopane Communications here in Malawi for the past ten years.  Has experience lecturing at the Malawi Institute of Management.  She bases her own courses on experiential learning techniques.  She has organised staff retreats and delivered teambuilding courses to several international organisations in Malawi.  She caters to the particular capacity-building needs of each and every client.

Has co-facilitated the practical activities on corporate teambuilding courses at Luwawa For many years. His experience and professionalism is such that he leads group activities independently.
